Ars' Eachann

It is almost exactly like 'quoth' in English and adds a literary tone to writing. The subject of the verb 'arsa' almost always gets a emphatic ending. So Ars' esan where esan is the pronoun 'e' (he) with the '-san' added for emphasis. Likewise Ars' mise - with mi (me) extended to mise for emphasis.
